In the event of a sudden cardiac arrest first DIAL 999.

You will be given the location & key pad code to access the nearest defibrillator. The operator will also guide you on when and how to use the defibrillator if required.

There is also an adults only defibrillator in the phone box on West Street, the postcode is NN6 6HU . The location on what3words app. is ///leave.tweed.skill

In the event of a power cut, please use the same access code on the key safe. This is located at the side of the defibrillator cabinets. Retrieve the key inside the safe to manually open the cabinet. The lock on the cabinet is located on the bottom right hand side.

WHEN RETRIEVING THE DEFIBRILLATOR YOU WILL NOTICE THAT IT IS CLEARLY ILLUSTRATED WITH HOW TO USE IT. THERE ARE ALSO VOICE INSTRUCTIONS TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS. STAY CALM.
